In the middle of the wonderful Moselle landscape with its vineyards and river bends, our camping ground is located on the Triolago recreational lake. Our guests can relax surrounded by nature yet close to the historic city of Trier with its Roman artefacts. The quiet location, surrounded by the slopes of the Rioler Römerberg vineyard, provides the setting for typical camping life. Forget about everyday life and be at one with nature in the IGLU and on the Hobbit-like terrace with a view of the lake. We welcome you warmly and are delighted that you want to spend your well-earned holiday with us.

The large double bed is a highlight for late risers. There’s also a sofa bed in the open living area where you can relax during the day with a view of the countryside. Prepare drinks and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen. The best place to eat is outside on your own little terrace with a table, four comfy chairs and a parasol. Of course, this IGLU also has its own bathroom with shower and WC.

On the Roman wine route along the Moselle.
Riol is situated on the right-hand side of the Moselle, benefits from no through traffic, and is a quiet and picturesque location in the well-known Rioler Römerberg vineyard. The wonderful landscape encourages you to go hiking and cycling. A tour of the via ferrata and through the Kammerwald forest to the summit cross delights the senses and offers magnificent views of the beautiful Moselle valley and the Tiolago. End the day with a good glass of Rioler wine. Your holiday is not complete without a trip to Trier, just 13 km away and one of Germany’s oldest cities, with its attractions and shops.
